A Columbia woman is no longer facing murder charges in the death of her child. Anna Steele now faces charges of child abuse or neglect. Stelle allegedly allowed her then-boyfriend Cody Baker to take care of her child early last year, even though she believe Baker had abused her. The baby died in February 2014.
