Man arrested after allegedly sexually assaulting son, daughter

A former Pulaski County man was arrested Thursday after allegedly sexually assaulting two teenagers. A complaint was filed in Pulaski County alleging 34-year-old Neil Couillard sexually assaulted his 14-year-old son.
