Inmate’s death ruled a suicide

The Howard County Coroner held a coroner’s inquest Wednesday, which ruled an inmate’s death a suicide. The inquest started Wednesday morning at 9:00 and lasted until noon. Larry Kincheloe was arrested for driving while intoxicated on May 8. The officer who arrested Kincheloe said, “He kept telling me I ruined his life. He was uncooperative.”
