Chances for rain return after tomorrow

TONIGHT: Mostly clear and chilly with lows in the upper 30s.

WEDNESDAY: Mostly sunny with highs in the upper 60s.

EXTENDED: Our weather pattern becomes a little more active by Thursday as a warm front lifts across the area during the day and a cold front arrives by evening. Scattered showers are possible Thursday, but temperatures remain in the mid-upper 60s. Showers and a few thunderstorms become more numerous on Friday, but no severe weather is expected. We're slightly cooler on Saturday as the front passes to our east, but our rain chances will come to and end fairly early. Rain chances return late on Sunday into Monday, and temperatures rise into the 70s next week as we're expecting well above average temperatures through the next week and a half.
