Cooler conditions settling in for the weekend

TODAY: Cooler air is in the process of settling into the area. This cooldown is driven by some gusty northerly winds, and it will drop us into the 40s by the afternoon. We have a chance at some sun by this afternoon and evening as clouds filter out.

TONIGHT: Partly cloudy skies hang around overnight as lows fall back into the upper 20's.

EXTENDED: Saturday looks to stay calm with possibly more sunshine. We're tracking the return of some rain chances early on Sunday. May mix in a snowflake or two as it moves in but will quickly transition to a cold, light rain for the remainder of the day. To start out our next work week, things will begin to warm up once again, and by mid-week, we could see fairly comfortable temperatures.
