Tracking sunny skies and milder temps

THIS AFTERNOON: Mostly sunny and mild, with highs in the low 70s and a light southerly breeze.

TONIGHT: Clearing, with chilly temperatures in the mid-40s.

EXTENDED: Calm and dry conditions settle in for the week, and temperatures continue warming with sunshine. Highs reach the upper 70s by midweek, possibly hitting 80 degrees into the weekend. Very little change is expected in our pattern throughout the week, and no rain is forecast through the upcoming weekend.
