Tracking scattered rounds of showers and storms before sunshine next week

TODAY: I'm tracking some waking up to fog this morning as temperatures begin in the low to mid 60s, but after 9 to 10 a.m., visibility is expected to improve. Cloudier conditions are expected throughout the day, and by the afternoon hours, isolated to scattered showers can be expected as temperatures warm into the low 80s. Most should still have dry time during the day to enjoy any outdoor activities as winds blow out of the southeast at 5-10 mph, gusting up to 15 mph.

TONIGHT: I'm tracking clouds persisting ahead of a more widespread system of showers and storms that arrive overnight into the early morning hours of Sunday. Due to this, temperatures will only be able to cool back down into the low to mid 60s by the end of the night as winds blow out of the southeast at 5-10 mph, gusting up to 15 mph.

EXTENDED: I'm tracking a couple more shots at isolated to scattered showers and storms throughout Sunday after the main round during the early morning hours. Temperatures on Sunday afternoon will still be able to warm into the low 80s thanks to dry time in between chances. After lingering precipitation chances Sunday night into early Monday morning, clearer conditions are expected to make a return. With slightly more sunshine on Monday, temperatures will be able to jump into the mid to upper 80s for the afternoon hours, but isolated to scattered storm chances can still be expected. Sunshine and summer-like temperatures will persist throughout Tuesday and Wednesday, but towards the end of the week, another slightly more active pattern is on the way.
