Tracking a mild Wednesday, rain returning Thursday

TONIGHT: Mostly clear and chilly with lows in the lower 30s.

TOMORROW: Mostly sunny and mild with highs in the lower 50s. Late day cloudiness.

EXTENDED: Tonight will be about 10 degrees warmer than normal with lows near the freezing mark, and lighter winds tomorrow will make for a beautiful afternoon. Highs on Wednesday reach the lower 50s with increasing clouds late in the day. I'm tracking low pressure moving out of the southwest that will bring widespread rain starting early Thursday morning with scattered showers lingering into Friday. Despite the rain, temperatures still reach the upper 40s. Rain amounts will be in the 0.5" to 1" range through late Friday. The weekend looks awesome with decreasing clouds and highs near 50 on Saturday, and near 60 on Sunday. Next week looks cooler to start with precipitation possible by mid-week.
