QUESTION OF THE DAY: Can you drive on your neighborhood streets?

The winter storm that hit Mid-Missouri over the weekend didn't make the worst-case scenario but still dumped enough snow and shut down schools and some businesses.

And temperatures well below freezing mean it's taking longer for that frozen precipitation to come off the roads. Residential streets throughout Mid-Missouri remain covered even as MoDOT makes headway in clearing state highways.
