Tracking a big cool down through the weekend

TONIGHT: Rain and storms exit before midnight with gradual clearing. Lows in the lower 50s.

TOMORROW: Breezy and sunny with highs in the upper 50s to around 60.

EXTENDED: Showers and storms will move through Mid-Missouri in the next few hours. The severe threat remains low, but if we do see anything become strong, it's most likely along and west of Highway 63 over the next few hours. Rain will push east of the area by 10:00 p.m., leaving us with gusty winds and slowly clearing skies overnight. Lows drop off into the lower 50s with gusty winds and more sunshine tomorrow. Temperatures Tuesday max out around 60 degrees, falling off into the 30s by Wednesday morning. The rest of the week is looking dry and bright, but cold with highs in the 40s and lows near or just below freezing. We begin to briefly warm up again by the end of the weekend as highs get back into the upper 50s on Sunday.
