Tracking possible severe storms this afternoon and Sunday

TONIGHT: Showers and storms push east out of the region after 10 pm leading to drier conditions as winds switch out of the WNW at 5-10 mph.

TOMORROW: Saturday sees mostly sunny skies with highs into the mid to lower 80s. Winds switch out of the north at 5-10 mph.

EXTENDED: An ABC17 Stormtrack Weather Alert Day has been issued for Sunday lasting from Sunday at 12 AM through 7 PM for two potential rounds of storms. There is a high potential to see severe storms with damaging winds and hail as the main threat along with possible tornadoes. The first round start just a few hour after 12 AM lasting through mid-morning before a secondary round throughout the afternoon.
