Tracking a warmer afternoon with overnight rain and snow chances

TODAY: Thursday afternoon welcomes highs into the lower 50s with partly cloudy skies. Winds remain out of the south at 8-12 mph with gusts up to 18 mph.

TONIGHT: Overnight lows cool into the mid-30s as a mixture of rain and wet snow begins after midnight. These showers look to exit after six am with at most up to a dusting on elevated and grassy surfaces looking to melt by mid-morning.

EXTENDED: Friday sees mostly cloudy skies into the second half of the day. Highs top out into the mid-50s. Saturday and Sunday sees plenty of sunshine with highs climbing eventually reaching towards 80 degrees Sunday. Monday evening welcomes more chances of showers and storms.
