Tracking more dangerously hot days before relief in the weekend

TODAY: I'm tracking another Weather Alert Day, as temperatures get into the high 90s, and humidity follows, giving mid-MO heat indexes in the 110-115 range. Peak hours of intense heat will be in the afternoon hours, and last into the early evening hours.

TOMORROW: I'm tracking a Weather Alert Day once again as temperatures get into the high 90s and possibly low 100s, where humidity once again sticks around. Heat indexes at peak hours of the day could very well once again be in the 110-115 range.

EXTENDED: Thursday is our last official Weather Alert Day as of now, but depending on the placement of a cold front on Friday, we could see an extension of the excessive heat warning in mid-MO into Friday. As for now, Thursday will once again reach high 90s and low 100s, and heat index values will get into the 105-110 range. As this cold front comes through Friday, relief will be widely noticed by Saturday. This is because temperatures will be in the high 80s, and humidity will be much lower. By Sunday, I'm tracking temperatures in the low 80s, and this trend seems to hang on well into next week.
