Tracking rain chances into the weekend

TODAY: This morning is another warm and humid start. Temperatures on Wednesday will climb back to near 100 degrees. Expect feels like temperatures in the triple digits. After some light shower activity this morning, isolated storms are possible this afternoon. These will only bring mild relief to some.

TONIGHT: Late tonight, showers and storms become more scattered. This will bring a chance at rain into Thursday morning. Temperatures stay warm, in the 70s.

EXTENDED: Chances for storms may become more isolated Thursday afternoon, before becoming scattered again overnight into Friday. Thursday will be just about as hot and humid. Rain chances linger on Friday, but slightly cooler weather is expected. Temperatures will likely stay in the low 90s Friday afternoon. Saturday, rain isn't expected, but cooler air is. Highs are forecast in the upper 80s. Temperatures return to the low 90s to start next week.
