Tracking showers and storms moving through
WEDNESDAY
Showers and thunderstorms will continue for much of the morning and into the afternoon. The leading edge of storms will start to intensify towards 9-10 AM, which could bring some straight-line winds east of HWY 63. Temperatures will start to fall this afternoon, backing off into the 40’s by this evening as showers become more scattered.
TONIGHT
We’ll keep cooling off overnight with lows reaching the mid to upper 30’s. Rain chances will become isolated overnight.
EXTENDED
Another swipe of moisture could bring some more showers or even a few snowflakes tomorrow morning. It won’t amount to much more than a grassy coating. Things dry out by the evening after highs reach the middle 40’s. We’re warming up into the weekend, with highs approaching 60. Friday night into Saturday morning our next disturbance rolls through, bringing a renewed round of showers. We’ll dry out on Sunday with highs in the middle 60’s before things become unsettled again next week.
