Tracking slippery roads and dangerous cold setting in

TONIGHT: Snow showers will be off and on at times until midnight as temperatures continue to plummet. They’ll bottom out in the upper single-digits, but with the wind keeping up, it will feel like 15 to 20 degrees below zero. Light accumulations will be possible but roads will continue to deteriorate throughout the evening and overnight.

SUNDAY: We’re stuck in the cold even though sunshine looks to make a return tomorrow. Highs will struggle to get back to 20.

EXTENDED: We’re warming back up on Monday with temperatures pushing back to near 40. The mid to upper 40’s stick around on Tuesday before we get sent back into the cold weather. A front will move through Wednesday, keeping highs in the 20’s. A disturbance is set to move through that cold air and could generate some light snow Wednesday night into Thursday. Temperatures will remain in the teens on Thursday, with single-digit lows possible Thursday night. We step it up a bit on Friday, into the 20’s, before making a return to the 40’s next weekend.
