Tracking a well-deserved quiet stretch of weather

great pool week
KMIZ

MONDAY: Clouds might be a bit stubborn to clear up early this morning but sunshine looks a little easier to come by this afternoon. Temperatures will return to the middle 80’s with a spot shower possible this afternoon, south of HWY 50.

TONIGHT: A comfortable night is in store. Under mostly clear skies, temperatures will fall through the 70’s, bottoming out in the middle 60’s.

EXTENDED: As an upper-level ridge strengthens just to our west, don’t expect many changes to the forecast coming up. Temperatures look to top out in the upper 80’s to low 90’s for the rest of the week. We’re tracking a disturbance around Wednesday that’s trying to bust up the monotony but won’t be enough to bring rain. Keep the sunglasses handy into this weekend!
