Tracking more storms this weekend

TODAY:  Flooded areas will continue to be an issue. The National Weather Service has extended the Flash Flood Watch until 7 AM Saturday morning. Our Weather Alert Day will expire at 10 AM. On and off rain showers and thunderstorms will continue throughout the day. Highs in the mid-80s.

TONIGHT: Storms stick around overnight, keeping the flooding threat. Flash flooding will continue to pose a threat to a large portion of the viewing area. Lows will fall into the upper 60s.

EXTENDED: Showers and storms are possible again on Sunday as a boundary keeps moisture in place. This will lead to more chances for rain next week as well for an already soaked Missouri. Highs are expected to stay just below seasonal averages in the mid-80s through next weekend.
