Tracking Above Average Temperatures and Scattered Storms

Tonight: Scattered Showers and storms will begin to dissipate as the temperature begins to fall after sunrise bottoming out at 67.

Tomorrow: Central Missouri starts out as mostly sunny and temperatures begin to rise to 83. We will once again see scattered afternoon into early evening scattered storms and showers beginning to form after 2 pm.

Extended: Temperatures slowly begin to rise well above the average for early June topping out at 91 by Friday. Central Missouri will see afternoon scattered airmass storms begin to form and die shortly following sunset everyday for the next 7 days; however, Thursday morning we could see some more widespread storms move into the area as a low pressure system moves overhead. As we approach next weekend, the chances of storms and rains begins to decrease.
