Tracking one more fantastic day before cooling down tomorrow

springgg

THURSDAY: Another terrific afternoon unfolding today. The one difference between yesterday and today will be winds out of the east. Those might cool us a degree or two, but nothing drastic with highs still in the mid to upper 60’s.

TONIGHT: Clouds start to increase overnight as our next storm system approaches the area. Lows fall into the mid to upper 30’s.

EXTENDED: If we pick up any stray sprinkles, it will be down near the lake area tomorrow morning. Those clouds will try to break up towards the afternoon, but the damage to the temperatures will be done at that point. Highs tomorrow will only make it into the low to mid 50’s-which is still above average for this time of year. We get back to Spring this weekend with more sunshine and highs in the upper 50’s and low 60’s. Temperature keep with the slow warming into Monday and Tuesday, pushing into the low to mid 60’s before an active pattern sets up. We’ll be tracking a cold front moving through Wednesday which looks to bring the start of a few rounds of showers and possibly some thunder for the second half of next week.
