Tracking another sunny afternoon

SHADES

TUESDAY: It’ll be another quiet day around Mid-Missouri. High pressure near the Great Lakes will keep the rain in Arkansas today, and us largely cloud-free. It will help steer winds out of a more southerly direction, bumping temperatures into the upper 50’s.

TONIGHT: Mostly clear skies will stick around tonight, with lows falling into the low 30’s.

EXTENDED: The quiet weather will stick around for the remainder of the week. Highs will warm into the low 60’s both Wednesday and Thursday thanks to continued sunshine. We’re tracking our next disturbance Friday. An area of low pressure will exit the Rockies and head our direction before darting south before getting here. It looks like it will be close enough to throw clouds our direction Friday, but we’re expected to stay dry with highs in the middle 50’s. We’ll return to the upper 50’s and low 60’s this weekend after that brief hiatus.
