Tracking a rainy start to the week

TONIGHT: Rain will pick up late tonight and into tomorrow. Temperatures will stay barely above the freezing mark for many of us, keep this system as rain.

MONDAY: Expect these showers to last the majority of the day. So far it looks like we dodge any winter precipitation, but some counties to the north could see some flurries mixing with the rain.

EXTENDED: Monday's showers will die down overnight and make way for a nicer Tuesday. Another disturbance will move through that could bring a shot at snow by Wednesday. High temperatures for the week ahead will stick to the upper 30s until we see the 40s again next weekend. Next weekend will bring us another shot for some rainfall.
