Tracking a soggy Monday and snow chances Tuesday
MONDAY: Rain has pushed in this morning and will stick around for much of the day. Highs will be in the middle 40s today with that umbrella getting a workout.
TONIGHT: Rain chances will thin a bit in coverage, but stick around. We'll try to mix in a few snowflakes closer toward daybreak with lows falling into the middle 30s, but it won't be enough to impact roads.
EXTENDED: We're tracking another disturbance catching up to today's and keeping rain and snow chances around Tuesday. Generally speaking, scattered showers on Tuesday will eventually turn into snow showers Tuesday evening into Wednesday morning. Accumulations look to stay fairly light, but there's a high amount of uncertainty with this forecast still. Most of us will be in the dusting to an inch range, but further north will have the best chance of getting a bit beyond that. We finally start moving this precip out by Wednesday afternoon but cold air is taking its place again. Highs look to be stuck in the 30s Wednesday through Friday, with some warmer weather possible by this weekend.
