Another sun-splashed day to carry us into the weekend
FRIDAY: High pressure is calling the shots today, and that spells a cold start but plenty of sunshine to make up for it today. As that high slides to the southeast, winds will return out of a southerly direction, helping temperatures into the low 40s.
TONIGHT: Mostly clear skies stick around tonight with lows backing up into the middle 20's.
EXTENDED: Saturday looks absolutely beautiful to start off the weekend! Lots of sunshine and highs reaching into the middle 50s, with some of us further south making a better run toward 60. Get out and enjoy it as things look to get a bit messy next week. It starts with rain chances pushing back in Sunday afternoon and sticking with us through most of Monday. That system looks to wrap up Monday evening, and could do so as a snow flake or two, but nothing threatening to the roadways. After that system wraps up on Monday night, things are very much still in the air. We're tracking a disturbance that wants to follow the footsteps of the previous system Tuesday-Wednesday. Still plenty of unanswered questions about what will unfold remain, so stick with us this weekend.
