Tracking another warm day before winter returns
MONDAY: Quiet, warm weather sticks around one last day as temperatures get into the low to mid 60s despite cloud cover increasing. Rain chances are held to the evening.
TONIGHT: Scattered showers push in as a front slides through. Temperatures will come back to reality overnight with lows fall into the middle 30s.
EXTENDED: That's where they'll hold throughout the day on Tuesday with a steady north wind. All the while rain chances stick around. It's looking like we'll start to see a wintry mix toward the afternoon. Into the evening, we'll switch that mix over to accumulating snow. Coverage looks to thin out Tuesday night before returning Wednesday. Accumulations still look on the lower end of things, but still plan on slippery conditions Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday. Light snow looks to linger into Thursday before this system finally departs. We stay quiet to close out the week as temperatures try to rebound on Friday into the low 40s.
