Abortion: Alford is an anti-abortion, social conservative. His stance on the issue is infused with religious motivation: "Every life is a sacred blessing from God and must be protected," he says on his website.

Economy: Alford blames the Biden administration for "completely dismantling" the economy with reckless spending and burdensome regulations. Alford says he wants to curb federal spending, get rid of some regulations and lower taxes.

Immigration: Alford also blames Democrats for the immigration crisis at the southern border and the flow of drugs into the country. He calls the situation an "invasion" and supports building a wall, hiring more Border Patrol officers and tightening enforcement of existing immigration laws.
