It has been quite a windy afternoon across Mid-Missouri that has prompted a Wind Advisory lasting until 6 pm Thursday. Wind gusts up to 46 mph have been measured at the Columbia Regional Airport. The same strong winds have caused issues for many local fire departments also as various grass fires and wild fires have
