TONIGHT: Mostly cloudy and mild, with temperatures falling to the 80s in the evening, and lows in the 70s.

EXTENDED: The heat and humidity will finally come down midweek, but highs remain warm in the upper 80s on Wednesday and Thursday. Another round of rain is expected late Thursday through Friday, possibly lingering into early Saturday, and nearly 2 inches of rain is possible south of I-70 by the end of the week. Even milder temperatures will move in this weekend, pushing highs to the low 80s on Saturday and Sunday.
