Tracking low storm chances and summer-like heat making a return

TODAY: I'm tracking a mostly sunny afternoon as winds blow out of the southwest at 10-15 mph, gusting up to 25 mph. These conditions will lead to temperatures warming into the low 80s.

TONIGHT: I'm tracking a cold front moving through the area, bringing very minimal chances to run into storms (10-20%). Most will stay dry this evening into the overnight hours as winds shift into the north at 10-15 mph, gusting up to 20 mph, and temperatures drop into the mid-50s.

EXTENDED: I'm tracking another sunny, slightly cooler afternoon on Wednesday as temperatures warm into the mid to upper 70s. Thursday is staying dry and cooler in the mid-70s once again, but by Friday, a noticeable warm-up is on the way, as temperatures get into the upper 80s. Along with this, scattered showers and storms will return to the forecast, and these daily chances will last through the weekend into next week. Temperatures this weekend will continue to stay in the upper 80s and low 90s, with mid-80s by Monday afternoon.
