Tracking another bright and mild day Thursday

TONIGHT: Mostly clear and cool with lows in the mid-upper 30s.

TOMORROW: Mostly sunny to start with evening clouds. A southeast breeze gets us into the mid-upper 60s for highs.

EXTENDED: Clouds roll back in tomorrow night with a low pressure system sliding to our southeast. Clouds keep us in the upper 30s Friday morning, but may limit highs from getting above the mid-50s during the day. Cloud cover moves out in time for the weekend, and I pushed temperatures back into the upper 50s to around 60 degrees. Next week starts off quite mild with a few more clouds, but no complaints as we get back into the mid-60s to start the week.

From there, we are tracking some changes as our pattern becomes a bit more active. We could see a cold front moving through between late Tuesday into Wednesday, and as is typical with these early systems we'll have quite a bit of wind shear to work with. With temps in the 60s and a little energy to work with we'll have to keep an eye on how it plays out. Keep in mind how much can change between now and next week. We get a break Thursday with another system potentially working in by the end of next week. Long story short, enjoy the sun the rest of this week and this weekend before things get more rainy and/or stormy. The late-week storm looks a little cooler on the back side, so we could also be monitoring for winter's last gasp.
