Tracking a slight warm-up Wednesday, continued sunshine

TONIGHT: Mostly clear and not as cold with lows in the mid-30s.

TOMORROW: Mostly sunny with light southwest winds. Highs in the low 60s.

EXTENDED: We stay above freezing the next several nights, with a bit more cloud cover Thursday evening as another system dives south and east of us. Rain chances look to stay across southwest MO, meaning we will continue our dry stretch into the weekend. However, Friday is almost 10 degrees cooler in the wake of this system with temperatures topping out in the low to mid-50s. The weekend looks great with highs in the upper 50s to around 60 both days with sunshine. Next week, we start off mild with the 60s on Monday and our next shot of rain potentially by Tuesday. Thunder chances look limited with the early week system, but there may be a few rumbles of thunder by afternoon. The first half of the week is looking warmer than average with another possible storm system by next weekend.
