Another cold night, frost possible

THIS AFTERNOON:  It's a cold afternoon with temperatures in the twenties and wind chills in the teens. Bundle up for any afternoon/evening plans!

TONIGHT: Temperatures will be cold overnight. Many will fall into the low teens and upper single digits. With clear skies and light winds, patchy frost is possible by morning.

EXTENDED: After a cold start highs rebound better on Friday into the low 40's. The warming trend keeps up Saturday with sunshine sticking around getting into the low 50's. That will be the best day of the weekend to get out and enjoy with rain returning Sunday. Timing looks to have pushed back into the morning on Sunday with the greatest coverage and some of the heaviest downpours during the afternoon. Amounts look be around an inch generally by the time this system packs up and leaves. We're tracking a few disturbances for next week, keeping rain and snow chances around.
