Tracking a cool and quiet weekend

TODAY: Friday is a cooler day, feeling more like fall after a cold front passage overnight. Some spotty showers will linger into the early morning, but likely dry up by 9 a.m. Clouds will clear by the afternoon, leaving us sunny with a high in the 70s.

TONIGHT: Skies stay clear, and a light breeze from the north continues, dropping temperatures into the low 50s through Saturday morning.

EXTENDED: Saturday is cooler yet, with highs in the 60s and 70s. We'll continue to dip into the 40s by Sunday morning. 70s and Sunshine continue all weekend, and into Monday. Tuesday through Thursday, we'll have 80s and some fair weather clouds, but the forecast looks stable and mild through the next 7 days.
