Tracking only hints at rain in the forecast
TODAY: Partly cloudy skies are forecast alongside highs in the mid-40s. Winds will shift from the north early in the day, and remain there through the day, keeping us generally cooler than yesterday.
TONIGHT: High pressure sliding into the region will help keep winds relatively calm overnight, but high clouds will roll in overhead throughout the evening, which will thicken into the morning.
EXTENDED: We'll start cloudy and cool, with temperatures near 30 on Wednesday. It will be a dry and cloudy day, with breaks in the clouds possible in the afternoon. Highs on Wednesday remain in the upper 40s. By Thursday, sunshine and south winds will have our temperatures back in the 50s, which will continue through the weekend. Clouds build on Friday, and late Friday into Saturday, shower chances return. Timing and placement of our system over the weekend is highly uncertain, but there's enough confidence that a system could bring us some light rain to introduce low chances (20%) to the forecast for Saturday morning. We'll trend drier by Sunday, which lasts into Monday. Temperatures remain near to above average into Monday.
