Tracking a return of winter weather

Tonight: Overnight lows cool to the mid-20s tonight aided by strong northwesterly flowing winds up to 20 mph. These cooler temperatures and high winds lead to overnight wind chills into the mid to upper teens. Skies become partly cloudy.

Tomorrow: Temperatures Saturday warm into the mid-30s as skies become mostly cloudy with a few morning flurries possible in south Central Mid-Missouri.

Extended: Temperatures remain into the lower 40s Sunday into next week for the afternoon highs thanks to northwesterly flowing winds. The possibility of snow occurs Monday afternoon into Tuesday morning as a cold front pulls in from the northwest. Most of the snowfall will melt off thanks to warmer ground temperatures. Confidence in this system remain lower due to the front being so far out in time. I8f this systems shifts to the south chances of snowfall remain less likely.
