Tracking a pleasant warm-up before another cool down

1.3.22

Today: Warm, southerly flowing winds and sunny sky conditions allow for temperatures to rebound into the upper '30s.

Tonight: Temperatures cool down once again but not nearly as cold as what we saw this past weekend. The overnight lows bottom out into the mid-'20s.

Extended: Tuesday looks to be the warmest day of the week as temperatures soar into the upper '40s. Winds begin to switch into Tuesday night back out of the northwest behind a passing cold front cooling us down for the rest of the week. We could see chances of light snow approaching Thursday morning, but currently accumulation totals look to remain low.
