TONIGHT: Mostly cloudy with rain exiting early. Lows in the mid-upper 40s with winds out of the southwest at about 15 mph.

TOMORROW: Partly to mostly cloudy and breezy with highs in the mid-upper 50s. Winds gusting up to 25 mph.

EXTENDED: We get a brief break from rain on Wednesday with the next low pressure system tracking southeast across southern Missouri and Arkansas. Showers and a few thunderstorms will be possible well after midnight Thursday morning through Thursday evening as a front moves through the area. Temperatures cool down into the mid-50s for highs, but rebound back to about 60 on Friday with sunshine trying to break through the cloud deck. A few showers are possible late Friday into Saturday morning as a disturbance moves to our north. Highs on Saturday make it to the upper 60s, but we cool around 5-7 degrees on Sunday with more sunshine expected.
