Tracking a rainfall’s return Wednesday

THIS AFTERNOON: Mostly sunny skies from start to finish today. Highs will reach the mid to upper 60's.

TONIGHT: Mostly clear overnight as lows fall into the middle 40's.

EXTENDED: An upper level low will pass through mid-Missouri Wednesday bringing rainfall to the area by late morning. Rain will continue, steady at times throughout the evening. Precipitation should start to slow by early Thursday morning. Another wave of low pressure will spin towards the area Friday bringing another chance at on and off showers throughout the day. The weekend brings another shot at a few light showers, chances look lower than what we'll deal with tomorrow and Friday though.
