Spotty storms Monday, Late-week widespread rain

TONIGHT: Mostly clear skies. Temperatures fall into the upper 30s and low 40s.

MONDAY: Clouds will increase through the morning as a weak upper level wave pushes through. A spot shower or thunderstorm is possible Monday afternoon. Temperatures rise into the 60s near 70.

EXTENDED: Tuesday should remain dry with temperatures back into the low 70s. Widespread rain looks to enter back into the region Wednesday, thunderstorms are possible as well. Another slow-moving upper-level trough kicks in Thursday night into Friday which could bring more rain into the region. Rainfall amounts could top 1-3" by the weekend.
