Fall redeeming itself over the next week
THIS AFTERNOON: We're under mostly sunny skies with temperatures pleasant, near 50 degrees. We'll cool off quickly through the 40s this evening.
TONIGHT: Partly cloudy overnight with lows falling back into the mid to upper 20s.
EXTENDED: Things are fairly quiet, with temperatures slowly but surely warming up. Fall will have a chance to redeem itself over the next 6-7 days. We'll be near 50 both Saturday and Sunday. A cold front Sunday morning will bring a quick hit of showers in the morning Sunday. Have the umbrella on standby. Monday and Tuesday look nice as temperatures will be in the low 50s and could be threatening 60 by Wednesday before a better-organized system brings rain chances Wednesday night into Thursday.
