Man accused of trying to stab cop, allegedly wanted to be shot ‘for financial gain’
JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (KMIZ) A Jefferson City man was charged with three felonies after he allegedly stabbed a police patrol vehicle and threatened others on Sunday. Lawrence Boose Jr. was charged with first-degree attempted assaulted, unlawful use of a weapon and armed criminal action. He is being held at the Cole County Jail without bond.
