Columbia Solid Waste to host customer input meeting on trash collection

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Columbia Solid Waste is asking residents for their input on the future of residential trash collection.

The Solid Waste Utility is evaluating residential curbside trash collection in the city. 

The meetings will be at the Activities and Recreation Center, 1701 W. Ash St. at the following times and dates:

  • 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan.10
  • 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 31

The City Council recently voted to end its city-logo trash bag program.
