Man taken to the hospital with gunshot wound
COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)
UPDATE:
Police say one man was taken to the hospital Saturday morning with a gunshot wound.
Officers responded after getting reports of a gunshot victim in the 1900 block of Juniper Circle around 2 a.m.
Upon arrival, officers found a man with a gunshot wound. He was taken to the hospital.
No suspects have been identified and nobody has been detained or arrested in relation.
Police were on Juniper speaking with neighbors and knocking on doors.

Our crews are monitoring a large police presence in South Columbia early Saturday morning.
Police are in the area of the 1900 block of Juniper Circle with crime scene tape up.
Our crews say they see officers with K-9 units searching the area and at least five police vehicles.
