Sunday Sit-Down with McKenzie Nelson
COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)
ABC 17's Kyle Helms caught up with KSHB 41 sports anchor McKenzie Nelson to preview Super Bowl LIX on this week's edition of Sunday Sit-Down.
The Kansas City Chiefs are preparing to face the Philadelphia Eagles in New Orleans on Feb. 9 at 5:30 p.m. at the Caesars Superdome, needing just one more win to become the first franchise to win three straight Super Bowls in NFL history. Nelson highlighted some keys to the game that could make the difference in the outcome of Super Bowl LIX.
"The Chiefs have to start fast offensively. They cannot just take their sweet time getting into a rhythm. They've got to execute in the red zone, which we've seen them do recently," Nelson said. "You can't turn the ball over. No turnovers in this one. You've got to secure the ball, you've got to play smart, you've got to play clean football. Also, the defense, I think, is going to have to come up with some big stops, just like they did against the Bills."
