COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Head Coach Eli Drinkwitz secured Mizzou's 15th commit to its 2024 recruiting class, just hours after defeating Vanderbilt 38-21 in its SEC opener. Austyn Dendy announced his commitment to the Tigers on Saturday night.

247 Sports ranks the three-star athlete as the seventh-best prospect in the state of Arkansas.

The 6-foot-1, 190-pound recruit is currently a senior in high school from Pine Bluff, Arkansas.

The multi-sport athlete had several offers from other college football programs, including Michigan State, Mississippi State, Ole Miss and more.

Dendy joins a Mizzou recruiting class that also includes five-star defensive lineman Williams Nwaneri.

The Tigers now have the 48th ranked 2024 recruiting class in the country, according to 247 Sports.
