SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Led by Zach Chappell’s 24 points, including the game-winning basket, the Sacramento State Hornets defeated the Denver Pioneers 87-85 in overtime on Wednesday. The Hornets are now 4-5 on the season, while the Pioneers moved to 8-2.
