Talford leads Winthrop past South Carolina St.

ROCK HILL, S.C. — Led by Kelton Talford’s 28 points, the Winthrop Eagles defeated the South Carolina State Bulldogs 81-67 on Tuesday night. The Eagles are now 5-5 with the win and the Bulldogs dropped to 1-9.
