This isn't your grandfather's college football bowl season.

Corporate sponsorships and spectacles made for social media virality have taken center stage during bowl season. Possibly the most outrageous one -- the Pop-Tarts Bowl -- took place over the weekend.

Mizzou takes on Iowa on Monday in Nashville in a more-toned down game -- the Music City Bowl.
