Mizzou makes comeback five-set win against Central Arkansas

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

After losing the first two sets, the Mizzou volleyball team made the first major comeback of the Dawn Sullivan era to down Central Arkansas 3-2 in the five-set match.

The Tigers were led by St. Louis native Jordan Iliff finishing with 15 kills, seven digs and a block. Dilara Gedikoglu also had a double-double game with 14 kills and 11 digs.

Sierra Dudley finished with 49 assists and Maya Sands had a team-high 22 digs.

The Tigers won the final three sets 25-17, 25-20 and 15-11.

Sullivan starts her career at Mizzou with a 2-0 record. The Mizzou Classic will wrap on Sunday with a game against Colgate at noon at the Hearnes Center.
