Mizzou volleyball hosts Iowa State in exhibition game

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Mizzou volleyball team hosted Iowa State in an exhibition game on Saturday afternoon at the Hearnes Center ahead of the start of the regular season.

The Tigers managed to win the first two sets, but the Cyclones finished off the mats with three-straight wins to win the match.

Dawn Sullivan is entering her first season the helm of the Mizzou volleyball team. She brought in plenty of new faces this season that made a big impact in Saturday's scrimmage game.

Up next - Mizzou will open the season on Friday against Illinois State. The game will be held at the Hearnes Center at 6 p.m.
